For each plan you participate in, you will receive a participant statement twice per year, as of June 30 and December 31. You will receive your statement by mail or through your department.

Plan administration fees are charged to each plan. If you take a distribution from the plans, a distribution fee will be charged to your account.

Withdrawal requests need to be submitted to Milliman by the 8th of each month. The checks will begin to be processed around the 15th of each month and you should receive your distribution no later than the end of the month. Please refer to the documentation under “How do I request a distribution?” for additional information.
